Why I Became a Farmer: My Quest for Ultimate Nutrition and Bioavailability

As a tech CEO who thrives on innovation and optimization, my journey has always been about pushing boundaries, a visionary, and steps ahead of my contemporaries. Whether it’s in the realm of artificial intelligence or personal performance, my pursuit has been relentless. Now, this quest has led me to a new frontier: farming. Owning a 30-acre farm in North Carolina is my way of taking control of my food sources, ensuring that I consume the most bioavailable foods on earth and raise the highest quality grass-fed, grass-finished beef.

My Need for Nutritional Sovereignty

In my journey towards peak performance, I have always emphasized the importance of nutrition. What we consume directly affects our cognitive function, physical health, and overall productivity. However, in today’s world, the quality of food available to us is often compromised. From pesticides on fruits to hormones and antibiotics in meat, the purity of our food is under constant threat. For someone who relies on optimal nutrition to perform at the highest level, this is unacceptable.

This realization spurred my decision to take matters into my own hands. By owning my farm, I can now control every aspect of my food production—from the soil in which my berries and fruit trees grow to the feed and living conditions of my livestock. This level of control ensures that the food I consume is of the highest quality, free from harmful chemicals, and packed with the nutrients necessary for peak performance.

Growing the Most Bioavailable Foods

Bioavailability refers to the proportion of nutrients that are absorbed and utilized by the body. It’s not just about what you eat, but how well your body can make use of those nutrients. On my farm, I grow a variety of organic fruits and that are specifically selected in my protocol for their high nutrient density and bioavailability.

In my orchard, I have 40 apple trees, 5 peach trees, and 5 pear trees. Additionally, our expansive organic berry patch includes raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries. Every crop is grown in nutrient-rich soil, using sustainable farming practices that enhance the soil’s health and fertility. This approach not only ensures that the food is rich in essential vitamins and minerals but also that these nutrients are in a form that is easily absorbed by the body. By eliminating synthetic fertilizers and pesticides, I can guarantee that the produce is as natural and wholesome as possible.

Raising Grass-Fed, Grass-Finished Beef

The quality of meat is significantly influenced by the diet and living conditions of the livestock. Grass-fed, grass-finished beef is known for its superior nutritional profile compared to conventionally raised beef. It’s higher in omega-3 fatty acids, CLA (conjugated linoleic acid), and antioxidants, and lower in unhealthy fats.

On my farm, my super cows are fed the most nutritional grass from nutrient-rich pastures with a variety of grasses. They are never given hormones or antibiotics. The cattle are raised in open pastures where they can graze freely on natural grasses. This not only ensures that they live a healthy and stress-free life but also that the beef produced is of the highest quality. All animals have access to the cleanest fresh mountain spring water on my property, further ensuring their health and well-being.

I also raise goats for the amazing raw cheese, milk, and kefir, and have pasture-raised chickens for the most nutritious eggs. All stapes in my protocol. These practices ensure that every product from my farm is of the highest quality, providing the essential nutrients needed for optimal health and performance.

A Commitment to Health and Sustainability

Becoming a farmer is more than just a personal endeavor; it’s a commitment to health, sustainability, and excellence. It’s about setting a standard for what food should be—pure, natural, and nutrient-dense. By taking control of my food sources, I’m able to guarantee the quality and integrity of what I consume, which in turn fuels my body and brain to achieve unparalleled performance. Just like everything I do. I strive to be the best.

Sharing the Journey

While this journey began as a personal quest for optimal nutrition, it has the potential to benefit others as well. By sharing the practices and principles that guide my farming, I hope this inspires others to seek out or produce high-quality, nutrient-dense food. Whether you’re an entrepreneur, an athlete, or someone committed to health and wellness, understanding and controlling your food sources can make a profound difference in your performance and health.

In the end, my decision to become a farmer is a natural extension of my commitment to excellence and innovation. It’s about taking control, ensuring quality, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in nutrition. My farm in North Carolina, I’m growing the future of food—pure, powerful, and packed with potential. This is not just about farming; it’s about fueling a life of peak performance and unparalleled innovation.
